Description

nanos regulatory elements (promoter, 5'UTR and 3'UTR) regulate expression of a transcript that encodes two open reading frames separated by a 2A linker (this results in separate translation of each protein). The first ORF encodes tdTomato tagged with the Lifeact actin-binding peptide. The second ORF encodes tdKatushka2 tagged with the Tag:CAAX(hKRAS) membrane targeting sequence.
