The photoreceptor depigmentation phenotype characteristic for adult flies expressing DroncUAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa is fully suppressed by co-expression of any of the following: Usp15-31GD10077, Usp15-31KK101035, DarkKK104215 and Diap1Scer\UAS.cHa or by combination with Usp15-31KG04149. Co-expression of Usp2NIG.14619R does not suppress the depigmentation phenotype and also leads to rough eye phenotype while combination with a single copy of Diap14 strongly exacerbates the depigmentation. No effect on the DroncUAS.cSa-induced phenotype is observed upon co-expression of any of the following: Usp20-33KK104810, Usp20-33GD13944, Usp39NIG.7288R, Usp12-46KK108313, CYLDKK109096, CYLDNIG.5603R, Usp14KK102888, Usp16-45NIG.4165R, CG4968GD11489, DUBAIGD14040, CG4751GD11417, fafNIG.1945R, Usp5[GD6741] or Usp5NIG.12082R; co-expression of any of the following: Usp8KK100733, scnyKK102113, scnyGD2319, Usp7KK100635, Usp1KK106492 results in some enhancement of the eye defects.
