phlSu2/Y ; Src64BΔ17/Src64BΔ17 males show semi-lethality. The surviving males have eyes that are slightly small and rough. About half of phlSu2/Y ; Df(3L)vin5/+ escapers show wing defects in the posterior part of the wing, showing either notches along the margin or anterior pattern duplications at the expense of posterior pattern elements. These defects are also found in approximately 10% of phlSu2/Y ; Df(3L)vin7/+ males.
Relative suppressor ability: phlSu3 > phlSu8 > phlSu5 > phlSu2.
