    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

No change in wing area is seen in heterozygous Pka-C1DN mutant flies raised at 27[o]C.

Heterozygotes exhibit a dominant phenotype, overgrowth in the costa region of the adult wing. Phenotype is enhanced by a weak loss of function allele and suppressed by increasing the dosage of wild type Pka-C1. Mutant eye phenotype of hhbar3 homozygotes is suppressed when in combination with Pka-C1DN heterozygote, cell death is also suppressed.

    Reference

One copy of Pka-C1DN enhances the reduction in L3-L4 intervein area seen in Gprk2KO/Df(3R)Gprk2-del1 mutant flies.

Expression of one copy of Sema-1aScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B in embryos that are also heterozygous for Pka-C1DN results in axon guidance defects in the ISNb and SNa nerves, resulting in reduced muscle innervation.

The axon guidance defects in the central nervous system which are caused by expression of plexAScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU are enhanced if the embryos carry Pka-C1DN.
