Expressing PlexAUAS.Tag:HA in the entire follicular epithelium under the control of Scer\GAL4NP1624 leads to a small decrease in basal protrusions, as compared to controls.

Expression of PlexAScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4VGlut-OK371 results in defects in axonal branching in the motoneurons innervating leg muscles in proximal femur (excessive defasciculation, ectopic branches exiting the main nerve) and distal tibia (reduced defasciculation).

Expression of plexAScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU results in a low, but significant, frequency of longitudinal tracts crossing the midline.

Expression of plexAScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU results in axon guidance defects in the central nervous system (longitudinal connectives are disrupted).
