Reference

Reporter expression is detected in the developing brain, the ventral CNS, and the PNS starting at stage 11. Expression is detected in the ganglion mother cells starting at stage 13 and in 4 clusters of peripheral neurons at stage 16. Reporter expression is seen in cardioblasts from stage 11 to 17, which was not detected by brat in situ hybridization. Expression in the larval brain is limited to the inner region and may correspond to glia.
