Scer\GAL4Toll-6-D42>Hsap\SOD1Scer\UAS.cPa flies at older ages are significantly more active than controls (especially females).
Expression of Hsap\SOD1Scer\UAS.cPa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 slightly shortens the life span of adults flies compared to controls.
Expression of Hsap\SOD1Scer\UAS.cPa under the control of Scer\GAL4D42 results in a moderate decrease in lifespan.
