Reference

Stage 15 embryos show unfused myoblasts. Dorsal closure is defective. mbc^1.63/mbc^4.25 embryos show a low penetrance defect in the fasciculation of axons in the ventral nerve cord. Some embryos show improper spacing between commissures and lack of fasciculation of ther longitudinal connectives.
