Expression of numbPTB.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4wor.PA in a wild-type background does not affect neuroblast number in the larval central brain.

When numbPTB.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP is driven by Scer\GAL4neur-GAL4-A101 balding and twinned hairs are seen on the notum due to the transformation of pIIa to pIIb and transformation of socket to hair.
