Scer\GAL4He.PZ-driven expression of Rab11QL.Scer\UAS does not induce increase in the number of circulating hemocytes in third instar larvae relative to controls.

Expression of Rab11QL.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-109-68 at 29oC leads to the production of external sensory organs with multiple sockets and no hair in ~9.5% of cases.

The increased number of circulating hemocytes along with the increase in F-actin and the expansion of the LysoTracker-positive compartments in the mutant cells characteristic for OcrlΔ3 mutant third instar larvae is partially suppressed by Scer\GAL4He.PZ-driven expression of Rab11QL.Scer\UAS, but the adult lethality of OcrlΔ3 animals is not rescued.

Coexpression of Rab11QL.Scer\UAS and nufEP3324, under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-109-68, leads to an enhancement of the hair to socket transformations seen when either transgene is expressed alone.
