Expression of DrefGD11784 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in male flies with severe wing size and patterning defects.

Expression of DrefGD11784 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in female flies with severe wing size and patterning defects.

Expression of DrefGD11784 in C-I neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4221 results in ddaD neurons that have an increased number of dendritic branches compared to controls. No difference is seen in ddaE or vpda neurons.

Expression of DrefGD11784 in C-IV neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 results in a reduction in total dendritic length in ddaC and v'ada neurons. The total number of dendritic branches is also reduced in ddaC and v'ada neurons.

Flies expressing DrefGD11784 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 have strong thoracic cleft defects. In addition, the thorax shows loss of macrochaetae. Both of these phenotypes show 100% penetrance.

Expression of DrefGD11784 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in nearly complete loss of wing tissue.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL41407 results in loss of neuroblasts in the larval brain without any change in size of the remaining neuroblasts.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL41407 results in shorter neuroblast lineages (less daughter cells per neuroblast) in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL41407 results in mild defects in the shape of neuroblasts in the larval brain.
