RassfX36 flies are less resistant to γ-irradiation than controls.

The body weight of RassfX16/RassfX36 flies is around 15% lower than wild-type flies.

Larval eye discs containing Ras85DΔC40B, RassfX36 double mutant clones show a partial rescue of the increased cell death phenotype observed in discs with Ras85DΔC40B single mutant clones.

The reduced body mass phenotype of RassfX36 flies is partially suppressed by one copy of hpo42-48.

The head overgrowth phenotype of flies carrying either hpo42-48 or hpoKC203 clones is enhanced in a RassfX36 background. In contrast, the overgrowth phenotype of flies carrying hpo42-47 clones is not significantly enhanced by RassfX36.

Double-mutant Ras85DΔC40B, RassfX36 clones in the eye show a rescue of the growth defect seen in single mutant Ras85DΔC40B clones.
