Expressing Rab32T33N.UASp.YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.247 leads to smaller and rounder mitochondria in adult flight muscles.

Animals expressing Rab32T33N.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4grh.D4 are viable, no obvious defects in larval dorsal trunk elongation and airway morphology are observed but the larvae are slightly shorter relative to age-matched controls.
