      Ubiquitous expression of myoglianinScer\UAS.cGa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 is lethal. Expression of two copies of myoglianinScer\UAS.cGa in the wing, under the control of Scer\GAL4A9 results in a 90% increase in wing size, without causing major pattern defects.

      Co-expression of myoglianinScer\UAS.cGa with MadScer\UAS.cNa, both under the control of Scer\GAL4A9, represses the pattern defects caused by excess MadScer\UAS.cNa.

      Co-expression of myoglianinScer\UAS.cGa with SmoxScer\UAS.cGa, both under the control of Scer\GAL4A9, suppreses the ectopic vein formation of SmoxScer\UAS.cGa overexpression. The size of the wing remains normal.
