Expression of Xpd^KK101234 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PU leads to small eyes.

Expression of Xpd^KK101234 under the control of Scer\GAL4^nub.PU or Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096 leads to small and deformed wings. Also, its expression under the control of Scer\GAL4^ptc.PU leads to increased apoptotic activity in the A/P boundary region in the wing disc of third instar larvae.
