The majority of hemocytes in larvae expressing Tsp68C^+t3.0 consist predominantly of small, uniform round plasmatocytes with rare cell membrane protrusions or pseudopodia, in contrast to wild type where the hemocytes display a range of cell morphology. Lamellocytes are very rarely detectable in these larvae.
