Expressing Lsd-2^HMS00629 under the control of Scer\GAL4^DcG leads to third instar larval fat cells exhibiting an increase in the size and a decrease in the density of peripheral lipid droplets, compared to controls; there are no changes in cytoplasmic medial lipid droplet size or density.
