Expression of Zyx102EFNIG.32018R (together with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) using Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 results in adult flies with small wings. These wings sometimes have extra crossveins, though the anterior and posterior crossveins remain well separated.

The wing overgrowth phenotype associated with Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62-mediated expression of ftGD881 (together with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) is suppressed by co-expression of Zyx102EFNIG.32018R, resulting in wings of similar size to those of animals that only express Zyx102EFNIG.32018R. However, the influence of ftGD881 expression on crossvein spacing is not suppressed by Zyx102EFNIG.32018R expression.

The wing overgrowth phenotype associated with Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62-mediated expression of dsGD14350 (together with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) is suppressed by co-expression of Zyx102EFNIG.32018R.

The wing overgrowth phenotype associated with Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62-mediated expression of exGD12782 (together with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) is partially suppressed by co-expression of Zyx102EFNIG.32018R.

The wing overgrowth phenotype associated with Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62-mediated expression of dco3.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6 (together with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) is suppressed by co-expression of Zyx102EFNIG.32018R.

The wing overgrowth phenotype associated with Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62-mediated expression of dScer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6 (together with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) is suppressed by co-expression of Zyx102EFNIG.32018R.

Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62-mediated expression of Zyx102EFNIG.32018R (together with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) enhances the small wing phenotype of dGC13 flies.

Expression of both jubGD7185 and Zyx102EFNIG.32018R (together with Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa) using Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 induces a greater reduction in wing size than when either is expressed individually.
