High expression of Hsap\CELF1Scer\UAS.cdHa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF produces a rough eye phenotype.

Flies expressing Hsap\CELF1Scer\UAS.cdHa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF exhibit inter-ommatidial bristle loss, but little if any ommatidial disorganisation.

Expression of Hsap\CELF1Scer\UAS.cdHa in the indirect flight muscles under the control of Scer\GAL4Mhc.PW results in vacuolisation and loss of muscle integrity.
