Homozygous anterodorsal projection neurons (marked with Scer\GAL4GH146 and clones induced in neuroblasts) show an aberrant medial shift of dendrite targeting in the antennal lobe. The dendrites retain their normal position along the dorsoventral axis. Homozygous projection clones marked with Scer\GAL4Mz19, which normally target laterally located glomeruli VA1d and DC3 also show a medial shift of dendrites. Homozygous projection neuron clones marked with Scer\GAL4NP5103, which normally target medial glomerulus VM2 still target properly, with a glomerular spillover in 46% of cases.

The majority of homozygous single cell DL1 projection neuron clones have marked defects in dendrite targeting along the mediolateral axis. They often fail to refine into the DL1 glomerulus and innervate multiple glomeruli located medially to DL1.

Homozygous olfactory receptor neuron clones show a significant medial shift in their glomerular targeting compared to wild-type controls.

Expression of either frcScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC, sllScer\UAS.cLa or EfrScer\UAS.N.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 does not suppress the dendrite mistargeting of meigo1 single cell anterodorsal projection neuron clones.

Expression of either ninaEG69D.Scer\UAS, Hsc70-3D231S.Scer\UAS or Hsc70-3K97S.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 enhances the targeting defects seen in homozygous meigo1 projection neuron clones.

Expression of either EphrinScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC or EphrinScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 partially suppresses the targeting defects seen in homozygous meigo1 DL1 projection neuron clones.

Expression of either CadNScer\UAS.cIa, DscamScer\UAS.cUa or Sema-1aScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 does not suppress the dendrite targeting defects seen in homozygous meigo1 projection neuron clones.

Expression of EphScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 enhances the targeting defects seen in homozygous meigo1 DL1 projection neuron clones.

Expression of EphrinNQ.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 does not suppress the dendrite refinement defects seen in homozygous meigo1 single-cell projection neuron clones.
