As in wild type, courtship defects are seen in these flies in response to (S,Z,Z)-CH503.
Expression of TkScer\UAS.cAa under the control of Scer\GAL4Tk rescues the reduced sensitivity to (S,Z,Z)-CH503 (a more potent stereoisomer of the gustatory sex pheromone CH503) seen in homozygous Df(3R)ΔTk2 mutant flies.
