dendrite | adult stage, with Scer\GAL4GH146
Expression of drlScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 results in dendrite targeting defects in the ventromedial domain of the adult antennal lobe. The VM1 dendrites are absent, while the VA4, VC2 and VM3 dendrites are often displaced more anteriorly than normal.
Scer\GAL4GH146/drlUAS.cYa is a suppressor of abnormal neuroanatomy | adult stage phenotype of Scer\GAL4GH146, Wnt5UAS.cFa
Scer\GAL4GH146/drlUAS.cYa is a suppressor of adult antennal lobe phenotype of Scer\GAL4GH146, Wnt5UAS.cFa
Co-expression of drlScer\UAS.cYa suppresses the distortion of the antennal lobe caused by expression of Wnt5Scer\UAS.cFa under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146.
Scer\GAL4GH146/drlUAS.cYa partially rescues drl2
Scer\GAL4repo.PU/drlUAS.cYa partially rescues drl2
Scer\GAL4elav.PU/drlUAS.cYa fails to rescue drl2
Expression of drlScer\UAS.cYa in homozygous drlunspecified MARCM projection neuron clones induced in a drlunspecified/+ background substantially rescues the dendrite targeting defects of these clones, although some gain of function phenotypes are also seen.
Expression of drlScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4GH146 partially rescues the antennal lobe defects of drl2 adults: glomerular defects remain but protrusions from the antennal lobe are absent.
Expression of drlScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4repo.PU strongly rescues the antennal lobe defects of drl2 adults: the midline defects are completely rescued and the occurrence of targeting defects is strongly reduced.
Expression of drlScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU does not rescue the antennal lobe defects of drl2 adults.
