Expression of TrpA1Scer\FRT.stop.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Dh44-R1.PL and in combination with Scer\FLP1fru in females does not result in any change in latency to sperm ejection after copulation at either 23[o]C or 30[o]C.

Expression of TrpA1Scer\FRT.stop.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Dh44-R1.PL and in combination with Scer\FLP1dsx in females does not result in any change in latency to sperm ejection after copulation at 23[o]C, but at 30[o]C results in a significant increase in latency to sperm ejection as compared to controls.

Activating Scer\GAL4Dh44.PL neurons in females does not result in any change in latency to sperm ejection after copulation at 23[o]C, but at 30[o]C results in a significant increase in latency to sperm ejection as compared to controls.
