Ime4null/Ime4Δcat flies have a mild wing posture defect, as compared to controls.

Neuromuscular junction synapses in Ime4null/Ime4null mutants exhibit increased growth, as shown by an increased number of boutons and number of active zones per bouton, as compared to wild type. Ime4null/+ and Ime4null/Ime4null flies do not show ovary encapsulation defects.

Ime4null/Df(3R)Exel6197 flies exhibit significant climbing defects, as compared to controls.

Df(2L)BSC209/+;Mettl3null/+ double heterozygous females show significantly reduced viability compared to Df(2L)BSC209 single heterozygotes.

Mettl14fs/Df(2L)BSC200 significantly worsens the climbing defects seen in Ime4null/Df(3R)Exel6197 flies.

Ime4null/+, SxlfP7B0/+ females, but not males, exhibit severely reduced survival to hatching, as compared to controls.

Ime4null/+, Mettl14fs/Df(2L)BSC200 flies exhibit wing posture defects.
