Reference

Inhibition (using Ctet\tetXTNT-LC.UAS) of neurons targeted by the split-GAL4 pair of Scer\GAL4DBD.R42F06 and Hsap\RELAAD.R59E08 reduces the ability of adult males to orient towards and remain close to a female, compared to controls; they also lose the bias seen in controls to extend the wing closest to, rather than furthest from, the female; following of females and wing extensions, but not copulation, are significantly reduced, compared to controls.
