        Spt-IKG06460/Spt-IB2 transheterozygous adults show mushroom body defects, namely a "lost-lobe" phenotype; Spt-IB2/Spt-ISH1626 transheterozygotes rarely show the defect; Spt-IB2 heterozygotes, however, do not show the defect.
