Description

Three nucleotide deletion (removes codon 600 of the L-PB isoform) plus insertion of 8 nucleotides. This causes a frame-shift that results in an early translation termination after 29 aberrant codons, deleting more than half of the C-terminal L product, including 12 out of 21 zinc-finger motifs.
