AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.

The testis specificity index was calculated from modENCODE tissue expression data by Vedelek et al., 2018 to indicate the degree of testis enrichment compared to other tissues. Scores range from -2.52 (underrepresented) to 5.2 (very high testis bias).

Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see JBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.

There are two D. melanogaster genes called as clear orthologs to the human PGM2 (phosphoglucomutase 2) gene - CG8073 and CG10202, named here as Pgm2a and Pgm2b, respectively.
'CG8073' was named as 'Pmm45A' (Phosphomannomutase 45A) through til the FB2018_02 release, based on the nomenclature originally used in FBrf0142005 and FBrf0139671. However, this gene is orthologous to genes encoding Phosphoglucomutase (and/or Phosphopentomutase) enzymes - the actual Phosphomannomutase gene is 'Pmm2' (FBgn0036300). 'Pmm45A' has therefore been renamed to its CG identifier (CG8073) to avoid confusion.
Named 'Pgm2a' after the human ortholog.
