    OK6-GAL4 driving UAS-Ras85D with an attP flanked cassette for RMCE, line 3. OK6-GAL4 (RapGAP1) is expressed in the motor neuron lineage. Polyclonal cell line with most cells positive for twi. Approximately half the cells express the neuronal marker 22C10 and a few cells express HRP. Rare cells express the glial marker repo or the neuronal marker elav.
