      OK6-GAL4 driving UAS-Ras85D with an attP flanked cassette for RMCE, line 2. OK6-GAL4 (RapGAP1) is expressed in the motor neuron lineage. Polyclonal cell line with most cells positive for the mesodermal marker twi. Some cells, especially in cell clumps ('neurospheres?'), express the neuronal markers HRP and 22C10. Rare cells express the glial marker repo and the neuronal marker elav.
