Scer\GAL4^{kn-col85-GAL4} is expressed mainly in the primary lobes of the posterior signaling center of the lymph gland, and sporadically in posterior lobes.

kn reporter is expressed in neurons in stage 15 embryos but not glial cells. It is not expressed in motor neurons but is expressed in interneurons including the v'dap neurons, the MP2 neuron, and in EL neurons. It is expressed in cholinergic and in some peptidergic neurons.
