ScerGAL4GMR90B08 drives expression in almost all elav postive neurons, ~60% of ChAT postive neurons, overlaps with ~22% of VGlut1 neurons, A FLP/FRT intersectional strategy shows expression in olfactory receptor neurons and projection neurons when combined with ScerFLP1ey.PU and ScerFLP1o.GH146.PP respectively. Lrp4UAS.Tag:HA,Tag:FLAG driven by ScerGAL4GMR90B08 colocalises with brp at the synapse.
