FlyBase Curator comment: The authors state that Df(2R)NC32 equates to the sxc⁷ point mutation. However, unresolved discrepancies between their data and that of Myster et al. (FBrf0174713) mean that it isn't appropriate or feasible to merge the Df(2R)NC32 and sxc⁷ reports at this time (August 2009).
