56% of the expected number of sesB9Ed-2/sesBorg flies survive to adulthood. The flies show paralysis at 40-41oC.

Mutants are not stress sensitive. Hemizygous males are viable, homozygous females show reduced viability.

Haplo-specific lethal mutation. Survival rate is close to that of wild type.

Haplospecific alleles survive as males or homozygous females, but die in heterozygous combination with a deficiency for the locus.
