sesB9Ed-4 flies are very hypoactive. sesB9Ed-4/Df(1)HC133 flies are extremely sensitive to shock and are paralysed for more than 100 seconds after vortexing. Hemizygous males have reduced viability.

Haplo-specific lethal mutation. Survival rate is close to that of wild type.
