      Expression of Klp10AGD8358 under the control of Scer\GAL4477 or Scer\GAL4ppk.PU, in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency, in larvae does not affect microtubule orientation in ddaC dendrites, compared to controls; in the case of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU there is no effect on pruning of ddaC dendrites by 16 h after puparium formation (APF), compared to controls.
