Compared with hpo^BF33 mutant MARCM clones, hpo^BF33 mutant clones expressing dome^GD14494 exhibit reduced clone size. dome^GD14494 expression suppresses the elevated levels of mitosis seen in hpo^BF33 MARCM clones but not outside the expression domain of the MARCM clones.
