The partial or complete loss of the wing anterior crossvein in flies expressing fmtGD6928 under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc.PU is not suppressed by co-expression of Traf6dsRNA.Scer\UAS.

Expression of Traf6dsRNA.Scer\UAS partially suppresses the wing nicking phenotype seen when krzScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and dxScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG are expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4bbg-C96. The resulting flies exhibit loss of L4 vein material.

Expression of Traf6dsRNA.Scer\UAS suppresses the anterior crossvein loss seen when Uev1AScer\UAS.cMa and benScer\UAS.cUa are expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1.

Co-expression of Uev1AScer\UAS.cMa, benScer\UAS.cUa and Traf6dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in rough eye with fused ommatidia.

Expression of Traf6dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU in the cells surrounding scrib1 clones in the eye-antennal disc significantly suppresses the elimination of the mutant scrib1 clones compared to that seen when the cells surrounding the clone are wild type.

The small-eye phenotype caused by expression of egrScer\UAS.cIa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF is strongly suppressed by co-expression of Traf6dsRNA.Scer\UAS.

Co-expression of Traf6dsRNA.Scer\UAS has no effect on the mutant eye phenotype caused by expression of Tak1Scer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4hs.2sev.

Co-expression of Traf6dsRNA.Scer\UAS fully suppresses the reduced scutellum phenotype caused by expression of CYLDScer\UAS.cXa under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237.

Expression of Traf6dsRNA.Scer\UAS (under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI) using the FLP/FRT system strongly suppresses metastatic behaviour in l(2)gl4 mutants expressing Ras85DV12.Scer\UAS.
