      Reference

      Reporter expression is observed in many cells broadly distributed throughout the antenna. It was concluded from double lable experiments that expression occurs in the ab1C (Gr21a) neurons.

      Expression is observed in the dorsal organ. The dendritic projections of the larval olfactory sensory neurons (OSNs) are labeled as well as the cell bodies, which are located in the dorsal organ ganglion. Expression is observed in at least 19 of 21 larval olfactory sensory neurons. Axonal projections from the dorsal organ ganglion traverse in the antennal nerve to the larval antennal lobe. OSN terminals can be visualized within the larval antennal lobe.
