Eye-antennal disc clones expressing sqhE20E21.Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU do not exhibit any obvious defects in size, differentiation or cell morphology as compared to wild type clones.

Expression of sqhE20E21.Scer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU in clones in the anterior compartment of the eye disc induces mild cell constriction accompanied with tissue ingression.
