      Expression of Atg13HMS02028 under the control of Scer\GAL4Myo31DF-NP0001 results in significantly delayed midgut degradation after pupariation, with increased size of the midgut and gastric caeca 4 hrs after puparium formation, and decreased autophagy 2 hrs after puparium formation, as compared to controls.

      Expression of Atg13HMS02028 under the control of Scer\GAL4cg.PU results in a decrease in starvation-induced autophagy in the larval fat body, as compared to controls.
