The expression of InRHMS03166 under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 leads to a prevalent border cell cluster disassociation phenotype, as well as border cell migration failure or delay in some egg chamber.

Posterior dorsocentral bristle neurons expressing InRHMS03166 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 show a significantly decreased terminal arbor territory and significantly fewer synapses (Syt1 puncta) on the contralateral collateral branch, as compared to controls.

Expression of InRHMS03166 under the control of the split-GAL4 pair of Scer\GAL4DBD.AkhR and Hsap\RELAAD.nSyb in adult females results in acceleration of starvation-induced hyperactivity, compared to controls.
