Reference

sona-GAL4 is expressed in imaginal discs in later third instar larvae. In leg discs, staining occurs in the presumptive femur, tibia, and claw. In eye discs, staining is observed in the peripodial epithelium and in the photoreceptor clusters. Wing discs show a complex mosaic pattern.
