      Dh44-R1DsRed homozygous adults have similar period length, but significantly reduced strength of circadian locomotor rhythms under constant darkness, compared to controls; their feeding rhythms are indistinguishable from those of heterozygous controls.

      Dh44-R1DsRed/Df(2R)BSC700 adults have significantly reduced strength of circadian locomotor rhythms under constant darkness, compared to heterozygous controls; they have significantly reduced peak activity under light-dark conditions, compared to controls, and this is exacerbated under dark-dark conditions.
