      Comments

      Expression of PGRP-LBUAS.PC.EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4mex1.PU rescues the lipid droplets in fat body phenotype while it partially rescues the immune system response in midgut and fat body and the life span phenotype of PGRP-LBΔ adults infected with Erwinia carotovora carotovora (Ecc) by oral feeding.

      Expression of PGRP-LBUAS.PC.EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Desat1.PB or Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR rescues the immune system response in fat body phenotype; its expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR but not Scer\GAL4Desat1.PB partially rescues the same phenotype in midgut; and its expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR partially rescues the life span phenotype of PGRP-LBΔ adults infected with Ecc by oral feeding.
