Click to get a list of regulatory features (enhancers, TFBS, etc.) and gene disruptions (point mutations, indels, etc.) within or overlapping Dmel\Pex14 using the Feature Mapper tool.
During cellularization, Pex14 FISH signal was observed in the yolk and cortical layer. Later, during gastrulation, signal was observed in complementary compartments to that of Pex13, localizing to the mesoderm. No signal above background was observed in the posterior midgut rudiment or in the pole cells.
