ScerGAL4^Abd-B-LDN drives expression in 283 +/- 10 cells in the adult female abdominal ganglion; these cells are colabeled with Abd-B protein antibodies. ScerGAL4^Abd-B-LDN also drives expression in neurons innervating oviducts, uterus, muscles near the female gonopod (vaginal plates), and the gonopod bristles.
