Description

The nos promoter and 5' untranslated region (UTR) regulate expression of a GAL4::GCN4 driver that is composed of the Scer\GAL4 DNA-binding domain fused to three copies of the activation domain from the Saccharomyces cerevisiae GCN4 gene. The bcd 3' UTR is placed downstream of the coding sequence.
