Scer\GAL4Poxn.14 drives expression in gustatory receptor neurons. In males, a subset of axons from gustatory receptor neurons of the prothoracic leg sensilla cross the midline of the thoracico-abdominal ganglion but not in females.

Males have more Poxn-expressing gustatory receptor neurons in tarsal segments than females.

Scer\GAL4Poxn.14 drives expression in gustatory receptor neurons, and prominently label GRN projections from the adult wings and legs.

Scer\GAL4Poxn.14 drives expression in a segmentally repeating subset of commissural neurons in the embryonic ventral nerve cord beginning at embryonic stage 12/13.

Scer\GAL4Poxn.14 drives expression in a segmentally repeating subset of commissural neurons in the late embryonic ventral nerve cord.

Scer\GAL4Poxn.14 drives expression in developing male genitalia at pupal stages. Expression is absent in developing female genitalia.
