    Kap-α1Scer\UAS.P\T.cMa or Pen-UTR.Scer\UAS.P\T driven by Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI or Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL can weakly suppress the first instar larval lethality of Kap-α3D93/Kap-α317-7 animals. Many larvae survive to second or early third instar, and occasionally animals survive to pupation or even to pharate adult stage.
